Delivery service via Redbox

We allow our valued customers to deliver within Saudi Arabia for only 10.99 riyals through the Redbox shipping company.

When you choose the Redbox shipping company to deliver your order, this means that your order will be shipped to the nearest Redbox smart lockers point from your address registered in the order, and not a direct delivery to the door of the house.

You will receive a text message once your order has been deposited in the Redbox locker

Receive your order from the Red Box locker of your choice at your convenient time

You must receive the application from the treasury within 48 hours from the moment it was deposited

In the event that the period of depositing the shipment in the locker exceeds 48 hours, 2.5 Saudi riyals will be charged for each additional day.

The number of additional days allowed is only 5 days

When the number of additional days allowed is exceeded, the shipment will be returned to the store

In the event that your order is within the payment feature upon receipt, the available payment method is through bank cards only, and cash payment is not available.

What happens if the customer does not receive his order from the Red Box lockers within the specified period?

The shipping company will return the order to our store.
After returning the shipment to the store, the customer who owns the shipment will be contacted from our store's customer service, so that the order will be delivered to him again.
The customer will bear the additional shipping costs in the second attempt to deliver the order.
The return service is not available when the customer has not received his order from the Redbox lockers
