Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions) – Dar Al-Huda Publishing Store

Welcome to Dar Al-Huda Publishing Store (“the Store”). By using the Store or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“User Policy”) that govern the relationship between the Store and the customer.


1) Definitions

The store: Dar Al-Huda Publishing Store via the Salla platform.

Customer/Consumer: Any person who uses the store to browse or purchase.

Products: Paper books, digital books, games, educational materials.

Digital products: Digital content that is made available electronically after payment is completed.


2) Eligibility

The customer acknowledges that he or she has full legal capacity to purchase, or that the purchase is made with the consent of a guardian/custodian where necessary.


3) Account and customer data

The customer is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and purchasing.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login and account usage data, and for immediately notifying the store of any suspected unauthorized use.


4) Product presentation and specifications

The store is committed to displaying product specifications and prices as shown on the product page and during the payment process.

Images/colors may vary depending on screen settings, and this is not a material difference unless it results in non-compliance with written specifications.


5) Prices and Payment

The price shown at the time of payment is considered valid.

Prices may include VAT or be added as shown on the payment page.

Payments are processed through payment providers available on the Salla platform and are subject to their verification and fraud prevention procedures.


6) Shipping and delivery of paper products

The store explains shipping options, cost, and expected delivery time during order completion.

Shipping outside of Saudi Arabia may incur customs duties/taxes/clearance fees imposed by the recipient's country, which are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated on the payment page.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact information; any delay or failure to deliver due to incorrect information is the customer's responsibility.


7) Making digital products available and licensing their use

Digital products are made available to the customer after successful payment is completed through the availability method provided by the store/platform.

The store grants the customer a non-exclusive personal license to use the digital content for personal use only.

Copying, republishing, sharing, distributing, or making digital content available to others by any means is prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and exposes its owner to accountability.


8) Replacement/Return/Cancellation

All exchange, return, refund and cancellation requests are subject to the Exchange and Return Policy page posted in the store, and are an integral part of these terms.


9) Permitted and prohibited uses

The client agrees not to:

Misuse of the store, or attempting to disrupt, hack, or tamper with orders/payments.

Providing misleading information or impersonating someone else.

Using the store's content in a manner that violates regulations or infringes on the rights of others.


10) Intellectual Property

All rights to the content, trademarks, logos, texts, images, designs and digital content in the store are owned by the store or its licensors.


11) Limits of liability

The store makes a reasonable effort to provide accurate information and operate the service efficiently, without guaranteeing that it will be free from technical errors around the clock.

The store is not responsible for delays/failures caused by reasons beyond its control (such as service provider or shipping company outages or force majeure).

14) Updating the terms

The store has the right to update these terms when necessary, and the published version shall be the one adopted from the date of “last update”.


15) Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to and construed in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom shall be the reference in case of dispute.
