About the book:

• This book is part of a series entitled I Love Reading, and it represents the first level of basic reading levels: the level of word recognition, which is the most important level for enabling a child to read, which is called the "reading threshold" .
• This book contains ( 50 ) words, all of which are past verbs , from the simple verbs that usually pass through the child's experience.
• All the words in this book consist of three syllables : S H + S H + S H, which are among the simplest sound formations that are easy for the child to understand and master.
• The distribution of the words on the pages came in a deliberate manner, so that the word was presented in pieces in a vertical form, and this reduces the breadth of the visual range that the child needs for reading, which raises his concentration rate, and reduces the distraction rate.
• Then the same word was presented horizontally, so that the child moved from the vertical to the horizontal, which corresponds to the nature and direction of writing in Arabic.
• Then the whole word is presented without cutting, and this phase in presenting a group of words that all have a common structure helps the child to form a stable mechanism for reading , which raises the level of his efficiency and speed.
• At the end of the book, I put together a suggested schedule for distributing words over days, which the parent or teacher can adhere to if they like.
• As a matter of encouragement and motivation, we put small stickers that the child sticks under each word he finishes reading, so that he can continue reading the words and finish the book.
• This book is designed to raise the child's self-confidence , and encourage him to read, without burdening him with many demands and a long time.
• Continuity and regularity are the most important guarantees of the success of this series. If the child adheres to the proposed schedule, he will reap the fruit of that remarkable progress in reading, training in regularity and commitment, and joy in achievement.
